Epoxy

Epoxy is a thermosetting plastic that can be used to make everything from adhesives and coatings to sealants and potting compounds. The most common form of this material is the two-component system consisting of an A component and B component. This mixture cures at room temperature in about 30 minutes. Once cured it has excellent chemical resistance and high tensile strength.

LABPOX® MVB FAST

VOC-Free, High-Performance Moisture Vapor Barrier Epoxy

The LABPOX® MVB FAST is a 100% solids, two-component (2A:1B), and VOC-free epoxy moisture vapor barrier for concrete floor coatings. The main property of the LABPOX® MVB FAST is its ability to initially adhere to damp slabs with up to 100% relative humidity. Additionally, the LABPOX® MVB FAST demonstrates a permeance rating of less than 0.1 perm @ 16 mils which can reduce moisture vapor emission rate from 25 lbs/1000sq.ft/24hrs to less than 3 lbs/1000 sq.ft/24hrs on concrete. This performance aligns with the highest standards in the industry. The LABPOX® MVB FAST is used as a primer before installing a complete epoxy or polyaspartic system. The product can receive a subsequent layer of coating in as little as 4 hours, enabling very rapid commissioning. The product has been formulated with state-of-the-art components and is one of the most efficient vapor barrier systems in the industry.

The LABPOX® 30 is a 100% solids, two-component (2A:1B), low-VOC, self-priming, and multi-purpose epoxy designed for concrete floor coatings. This product possesses superior mechanical properties, making it ideal for industrial, commercial, and residential applications. It offers a long pot life and working time. While the LABPOX® 30 has been primarily designed as a topcoat epoxy, it can also be applied directly to concrete as it is self-priming.The LABPOX® 30 formulation is based on high-performance cycloaliphatic polyamine technology, displaying outstanding properties and ensuring a superior aesthetic finish.

Moisture Vapor Barrier Epoxy Coating Vapor-Tek™ 440

Supplied as a two-component kit and easily applied with a squeegee, nap roller or brush, the Vapor-Tek 440 can be used on a variety of horizontal concrete applications. Recommended for areas with high risks of moisture intrusion, hydrostatic pressure and vapor transmission such as basements and warehouse floors. For interior use only, grinding or etching of the surface is recommended prior to application. Keep in mind this product has a quick set up time. Once Part A and Part B are mixed you have 5-25 minutes to apply the product before it begins to harden. Mix in small batches following the 2 Parts A to 1 Part B mix ratio to extend the pot life.

The EPOXY CRACK FILLER is a 100% solids two-component (1A:1B) gel epoxy crack repair which is virtually VOC-free. The product is easy to use and can be applied on horizontal and vertical surfaces. It also offers a long pot life and working time but cures very quickly allowing the installation of the base coat or primer 60 minutes after the application of the EPOXY CRACK FILLER. This product possesses superior mechanical and chemical properties suited for residential, commercial and industrial applications. The formulation is based on a high-performance cycloaliphatic polyamine technology displaying outstanding properties.

MAJESTIC TOP FLOW

100% Solids, UV Resistant, Self-Defoaming Topcoat

The MAJESTIC TOP FLOW is a two-component (2A:1B) epoxy system designed for tabletops, countertops and various artwork crafting applications which is VOC-free, 100% solids and is virtually odor free. The product is translucid and displays an excellent resistance to UV irradiation (excellent color retention over time). Best suited to protect or resurface several different surface types such as wood, metals, laminate (Formica), concrete and more. The product is easily cleanable. The MAJESTIC TOP FLOW is a self defoaming product. The use of a torch is not required.

MAJESTIC TOP PRO ULTIMATE UV

100% Solids, Non-Yellowing, Stain Resistant, Very Fast Curing Topcoat

The MAJESTIC TOP PRO ULTIMATE UV is a non-yellowing, stain resistant and very fast curing two-component (2A:1B) polyaspartic clear top coat designed for tabletops and countertops applications. It has been designed to be installed as a clear coat to protect epoxy surfaces and other substrates. This product is also VOC-free, 100% solids, virtually odor free and food safe. The product is translucid and does not yellow over time. It has better stain resistance and chemical resistance than epoxies. Best suited to protect or resurface several different surface types such as epoxy, wood, concrete, metals and more. The product is easily cleanable. You will also significantly reduce project completion times with the MAJESTIC TOP PRO ULTIMATE UV.

MAJESTIC BONDING PRIMER

Superior Technology, Ultra-Fast Drying Bonding Primer and Sealer

The MAJESTIC BONDING PRIMER is a superior technology, ultra-fast drying, water-based acrylic primer with exceptional adhesion properties. It is a one component product, easy to use, with low odor and low VOC. It bonds to substrates that are difficult to adhere to including laminate (Formica). The MAJESTIC BONDING PRIMER is used as a bonding primer coat or a seal coat prior using any of the MAJESTIC TOP PRO, MAJESTIC TOP FLOW, MAJESTIC DEEP POUR 2, MAJESTIC DEEP POUR 1 epoxy products. Other products will also adhere to the MAJESTIC BONDING PRIMER such as paints and lacquers.

The product is suitable for use on laminate, wood, metals, most plastics, fiberglass, tile porcelain and glass. The MAJESTIC BONDING PRIMER formulation is also non-yellowing.

Premera T2 MCM

Premera T2 MCM is a single component, spray down sol-gel based clear coating designed to protect concrete, terrazzo, tile and existing coatings by creating a high strength, quartz mineral barrier. Premera T2 MCM chemically fuses with substrates and does not require a substrate profile, eliminating grinding or sanding prior to application. Premera T2 MCM self levels allowing applicators to spray down T2 MCM and walk away without backrolling. Premera T2 MCM provides superior resistance to harsh chemicals, abrasion, mold, mildew, moss, chlorides & salt spray, acid rain, UV damage & oxidation.
